CRITERIA FOR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Defective Products
– There is a 90 day warranty on defects in workmanship and materials.
We will exchange the defective product for another one. Return postage
is paid by Welcome Baby.
Dissatisfaction
– If you are not satisfied with a product, return it
within 30 days, and Welcome Baby will exchange it or issue a credit or
refund. Return and original delivery costs are the customer’s
responsibility.
Promotional Products
– Products not carried in our product line (such as promotional
rewards) are not covered by the Welcome Baby Unconditional Guarantee.
